About Your Speaker
David Weinstock is the principal and founder of DW Capital, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Boston, MA.
DW Capital focuses on acquiring value-add multifamily in the Southeast and Sunbelt as well a select number of new development projects.
David started his personal real estate investment journey in 2004 after a career in consulting and technology startups. He transitioned into full-time real estate investment and development in 2016.
David’s focus today is on educating and growing DW Capital’s potential investor community to help them identify and access opportunities that provide passive income, build wealth, and improve and expand our national housing stock.
Prior to transitioning to real full time real estate investment and development, he was a part of a number of technology and consulting startups serving in a variety of roles including co-founder and principal.
David has an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Marketing and Small Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.
